David Isham brings over 18 years of IT FinTech experience to the Paladin Group. He has successfully lead, managed and collaborated in cross-functional efforts specific to Systems Architecture and Integration, Analytics and Reporting, Compliance, Data integrity, normalization, migration and warehousing, functional process design, workflow analytics and process improvement. Prior to his FinTech emphasis, David developed tangible skillsets in an Enterprise Software Sales and Marketing role.  His background in adaptive Client Service, strategic planning, assessment, managing expectations and acceptance of change provides Paladin’s clientele with a clear path toward realizing their strategic objectives.
