Desirée O’Niell has over 25 years of experience in risk and operations management, working with foreign and U.S. multinational investment banks.  While she currently focuses on Compliance and Dodd Frank Act regulatory and issues within the financial services industry, she has advised her clients on a host of issues, ranging from evaluating organizational alignment, troubleshooting operational issues, leading cross-functional initiatives and delivering programmatic performance-enhancing solutions.  She has worked extensively with foreign banking organizations to analyze the impacts of the Volcker Rule on trading operations and to implement required education programs, policies, procedures and controls.  Desiree holds a Bachelor of Science in Management from Pepperdine University and a Masters of Business Administration in Finance from Syracuse University.  She is a certified Financial Risk Manager (FRM) and Professional Risk Manager (PRM).
