  • Executive leadership for large scale and multiyear global initiatives.
  • Stood up Program Office for Global Optimization Program across the investment division of top tier insurance company.  Program aggressively encompassed people, process, technology and data conversations and implementations in front, middle and back office operations globally.
  • Program office included integrated project plans across 30 work-streams, staffing of 300+ resources globally, vendor management, biweekly status reporting, executive reporting, controls and risk management, audit compliance and overall and targeted program assurance.

Strategic Planning and Implementation

  • Senior Leader for a multiyear global Expense Management Program across all divisions of top tier bank.  Achieved $510M+ in permanent annual run rate reductions within globalization, process redesign, span of control, IT, real estate, corporate tax, procurement and pension and benefit initiatives.
  • Championed and led cross functional contingent labor initiative that mitigated legal and regulatory risks while achieving compliance with data protection and privacy laws; Created comprehensive program and introduced automation that improved overall service whilst reducing employment costs by $25M+ annually.

Business Architect – Operations Reengineering / Transformation

  • Over-hauled entire mutual fund control division that resolved crisis regulatory problems through the redesign/ execution of new operating policies and procedures and selection and implementation of a new cash management system.
  • Transformed operating model and systems for top tier stock transfer division resulting in improved operating policies and processes as well as successful resolution of long standing reconciliation problems with significant regulatory oversight.

Systems Conversions and Integrations

  • Led strategy, design and implementation of Fund Accounting conversion for Top Tier Mutual Fund Company from legacy application to leading vendor software.  Scope included data mapping and conversion, systems remediation and integration across larger ecosystem, end user computing, business partner integration, operational redesign, policies & procedures, training, testing and organizational readiness
  • Led the consolidation of three disparate Mutual Fund Transfer Agent operations and system conversions that resulted in significant cost savings and improved client services through automation and centralization.
  • Directed multi-faceted initiative for a Corporate Trust Division that included the conversion and integration of an acquired book of business, as well as the implementation and conversion onto a new trust system.
