Stuart Kessler has over 35 years of financial services experience as a senior executive for multinational banks and broker-dealers prior to joining Paladin. He has been a Director of Financial Regulation, an audit supervisor specializing in the banking and brokerage industry. He worked with multiple regulators in the US and UK participating in multiple securities industry associations in order to develop optimal regulation in coordination with regulators and the utilization of capital.
