Walter has over 20 years of experience in business, risk and management consulting roles, specializing in Banking and Capital Markets. He has extensive experience working with a wide range of financial institutions, including Broker/Dealers, Asset Managers and Investment Banks and Insurance companies. He has led initiatives in organizational, functional and process change resulting from mergers and acquisitions, strategic and regulatory initiatives impacting Front Office Business Units, Mid to Back Office Operations, Technology, Compliance and Risk Management areas. He earned an MBA from the New York University in Finance and Management, a JD from Brooklyn Law concentrating in Corporate Law, and a BS from New York University in Finance and International Business. He is also an attorney admitted to the New York State Bar.
